Online EAD status says Card production ordered. Not received card yet. Is there any memo/ lawyer opinion that says it is OK to work that as a basis for employment eligibility?

I was checking the http://congress.org
I noticed they have a Calls to Action from Groups and Organization on the home page, When i tried to see if there are any Immigration related issues posted There were many like increasing H2A etc but nothing corresponding to Retrogression or GC waiting faced by thousands of immigrants.
There are 100s of bills waiting for Co-sponsors published on this website.
I felt we should do post about the issues faced by Thousands of Legal immigrants who are struck in retrogression or Per country limit.
This may be a good place to put as a number of representatives may view it and it is a good way for us to let the people know of the issues.
Any thoughts........

I filed my case in July 2nd(filer) and didn't receive my receipt and then again I file the same application/case on Oct 2007. Finally I got both the receipts.

Who is the best immigration attorney out there to deal with a cross-chargeability case? (Need to claim cross-chargeability based on Spouse's citizenship on an already filed I-485 case).
Any first hand experiences with attorneys like Rajeev Khanna, Murthy, Ron Gotcher etc?? Or is there anyone better (in terms of paying proper attention while filing & being reachable in case of any RFEs etc.,) out there?

My EAD got approved today. It is in card production stage.
I am wondering if mutli year EAD if effective immediately. If so, I will be getting EAD that is valid for 3 yrs or mutli years right?

I am eager to hear reports from the first users. I hope it is a killer camera. Nikon is a great manufacturer as is Canon. Healthy competition will only make it even nicer for the users of both systems.
