My Wife is on H4/AOS.
Her H4 is going to expire in September and she is planning to travel soon.
She has AP and EAD but never used. I am on H1 and used AC21.
My questions are..
1) Can she go to home country and get her H4 stamped and return on H4?
2) Apply AP and return on AP?
3) Assume...If she returns on AP...and show valid EAD while entering at POE....
But by that time her H4 expires.... In this scenario...do we still need to apply H4 extension after entering US?
4) Who supposed to apply H4? Is it employer or H1 holder can also apply H4?

I cant because my husband got his H1 B approved this year and he is going to accept and change status in OCT 2007.

There was a thread couple of days back asking members to contact their attorneys to answer IV member questions. I have contacted and few of them are willing to answer the questions on IV. Can some one point me to that thread..

This was inevitable. As Chris Hayes of The Nation told Keith Olbermann this evening, a boycott could "recalculate the incentives" for the citizens of Arizona and the politicians in the state. Once Super Bowls and major conventions start to go elsewhere (as was the case two decades ago when a similar boycott was successfully used to protest the state's failure to recognize the Martin Luther King holiday), the cavalier anti-immigrant positions will become a lot more expensive. Hopefully, the business community and sensible Arizonans who are appalled by what just happened in their state will mobilize to repeal the bill...
