My I 485 package was returned as it didnt have the approval notice of I 140, which was submitted a day later than I485 by my company.
It is such a frustrating situation as i have been waiting since 1999 for my GC , and when i got this golden chance my company was not serious enuf to submit the papers in time !
I am doubting the company , as they would have done all this intentionally to keep me in their co. for longer time!The returned letter they have provided me shows no reference no, file no, or either my name ! how can i believe if they have even submitted any papers for I485 or not ?
They say they can refile again .. but duno what to do ??
Can anybody be kind enough to help me out here!

Was on H4. Have an EAD now. Want to renew.
While renewing, on the form, there are 2 questions:
14 Current Immigration Status
15 Manner of Last Entry
(both seem to have the same answer)
Any idea .. what I need to fill here?

I am currently starting a language institute in California. I incorporated the organization 2 years ago, but I am starting it now. I want to hire a Brazilian national on an h2b visa to teach Portuguese but I am worried that as I am starting the business now and haven't generated income yet I won't be allowed to hire this teacher. Is this something I should worry about? Thank you for any help. I appreciate it.

Please let me know how do I convert TR labor pending in BEC to RIR.
Accoding to recent law, I know that we can do it
My original application was filed under RIR and my RIR has been rejected and my LC went back to TR queue. I also know that you can again convert back to RIR from TR even if original RIR is rejected.Blood $uckers took 4 years to tell this.

I am on EAD and I dont have any current employment, except a good faith future employment offer. I am already in bench more than 4 months and tired of it. I want to travel to India and come back after 2 months, using AP. What sort of questions being asked while entering USA and what documents I need to provide?
My friends are advising me not to leave the country. Please advise.

My EAD expires on this December 2010, and my AP has expired on December 2008. I re-entered US on Feb, 2010 using H1B Visa and its HIB has expired on May 2010. I�d like renew my EAD and AP. I�ve got all paper ready to file, but I�m confused about Where Service Center/Office I should file to and pay the fees to. I�d appreciate your help.

Agree with Anders about the crop.....but the beans are tack sharp and the shot is excellent.
When you get your 20D, suggest you take the same shot (unless you will have already used the beans) with your new gear and make a comparison.
