Hey all,
hope you guys have visited the IV physicians blogspot.It is very good.One of the bloggers mentioned about supporting such a move, but the question is how do we start.I myself is technlogically challenged so we have to get the expertise of the IT people.I think we should start now.

Dear IV,
Its not about me. I am planning to do a flower or some campaign that all will agree upon in less than a week. We must do before the next bulletin comes out.
Is it possible for IV to send a very good number of flowers to the departments.
i believe IV leadership has mentioned many times that 'more visa numbers' is the only solution to this mess. Which can be only done by changes in law.When IV planned some thing for it (recapture bill phone call campaign) the participation was not great.
I wonder, every one running like headless chicken solves any thing.
what demand are you planning to put forward with this new flower/other campaign?

Ok then why dont we teach some respect and humility to professor ji to show some respect for his country men as well..
what a harsh speech that was..seems like some personal anger against india and their colleges...
The only harsh thing he said was that Indian education was awful. Everything else he said was extremely positive especially when he talked about the amazing progress India is making. I think he said that because he was saying that India is racing ahead and Indians are very successful entrepreneurs. (I am not sure).

He has many interesting slides on immigration and seems to be fighting for our cause.

Can you let all of us know the follwoing:
1. What are the steps involved in to do everything right?
2. Is one of the step "ex employer informing USCIS about the job change has gone through this"?
3. If not then what are the disadvantages or if can't trust employer ?
Please let us know about all the steps involved to switch employer by invoking AC-21?

No, it does not even do that. it does not let FOIA donors logon too.
First, the whole concept of donor based organisation is so stupid.
I mean really stupid.
If the donor based thing is ON, the future of IV is not good.
Yeah, IV does good work by talking to people all around, from different stratas of lawmaking and what not.
but get real, look around guys, information is everywhere, not only here. and you are working for the greater good of the community, only donors are not going to be benefitting from this.
Instead of making donor based posts, have a FOIA kinda drive every now and then.

So you are looking for motivation? Your post do not indicate that you are looking for motivation. There are those who are undecided or who cannot find enough energy/motivation to do something, and those people need motivation. You don't fall in that category. This is good news all around. It gives EB2 I an obvious benefit. However EB3 can take consolation in knowing that all EB2 is closer to C, and then spillover can start. Obviously EB3 ROW will get the spillover first, but then it will be EB3I. A visa recapture would be so great now.
Now perhaps RD matters if you are EB2 I.
This is just a hunch, however I think you will see a rash of EB2 India approval in the coming couple of months. I have seen a lot of LUDs and RFEs and the like on EB2I cased over the past month or two, and a lot of this seems as if they were pre-adjudicating, while in discussions to move the dates with the state dept.
A few lucky people from the July filers will get their green cards from this, but most may have to wait a while. They have not processed many of them.

I feel like giving up today after I saw a friend of mine leaving to india with a US Citizenship and an overseas citizen of india card.
The irony is he applied two months after me in the same category except his application was from a different state.
Now it makes me think, if I have to go through this process and after 5 years if I end up like my friend, then I might as well do it now...:confused:

Good to hear that you are a Kabayan!I am currently in Marikina City.My wife is also calling friends and colleagues to contact Senators and Congressmen.I also had my sister(teacher) and cousins (nurses) contact theirs too even way back in Nov 06 when SKIL was being pushed in the new Congress. It is almost a year and at the latest the SChumer/hutchison amendment was withdrawn. I really hope something does pass for Sched A this year.
